Accommodation Regulations

House and accommodation regulations

  1. Guests must present a valid ID (ID card or passport) and fill in an arrival form upon arrival. Only persons over 18 years of age are allowed to check in. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. This does not apply to organised sports and other interest groups. Approval is subject to individual assessment by the operator. Guests will not be accommodated without a valid ID and any deposit will be forfeited.
  2. The hotel guarantees its guests quality services corresponding to the level of the hotel.
  3. Unless otherwise agreed, the guest's arrival and accommodation time is set from 14:00.
  4. The guest is obliged to pay the prices for accommodation and services provided in accordance with his/her order or the valid price list. In case of extension of stay, the next night will be charged according to the valid price list.
  5. In special cases, the hotel may offer the guest a different accommodation than originally agreed, but not substantially different from the confirmed booking.
  6. If guests are confirmed in a double room, they will be charged 
    adequate price even if they were staying in a multi-bed room.
  7. The hotel has the right to require the guest to pay for the accommodation in advance in the form of a deposit.
  8. The hotel is only responsible for the guest's belongings if they have been stored in a designated place. The accommodation provider is responsible for money and valuables only if they have been taken into custody against a receipt.
  9. In the case of a visit by another person who is not a hotel guest, entry to the hotel is allowed only if a valid ID is presented, otherwise he/she can only be admitted in the public areas of the hotel.
  10. Hotel guests are obliged to observe the no smoking policy in the hotel's indoor areas, including the balconies of the rooms and the terrace of the restaurant and lounge. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. In the event of a breach of this ban, a fine of CZK 5,000 will be charged or the stay may be terminated without refund.
  11. Handling of open flames, pyrotechnics and the use of addictive substances is forbidden in the entire exterior and interior of the hotel.
  12. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to use your own electrical appliances. The only exceptions are electrical appliances used for the guest's personal hygiene (shavers, hair dryers, etc.), mobile phones, personal computers and chargers. The guest is responsible for the use of permitted appliances and is liable for any damage caused by their use.
  13. Guests are not allowed to move any electrical equipment or tamper with the electrical network.
  14. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property according to the applicable regulations and is obliged to report such damage to the reception. In the event of damage caused by the guest, the hotel reserves the right to claim compensation for the damage caused.
  15. It is not allowed to bring sports equipment and items (skis, sledges, bicycles) to the room, for which another place is reserved.
  16. Bringing and consuming your own drinks and food into the restaurant, café or outdoor terrace is not allowed. If this prohibition is violated, the guest may be banned from the premises.
  17. When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to close the water taps, turn off the lights, turn off the TV, close the windows and hand in the card at the reception. The fee for the loss of the card is 200,- CZK.
  18. Between 22:00 and 07:00, guests are obliged to keep quiet at night and not to disturb other roommates. It is expressly forbidden to use loud radios, televisions or otherwise make noise during this time. If a guest violates the night time peace in a rude manner, the operator has the right to terminate his/her stay immediately. Guests who grossly disturb the peace are not entitled to a refund or other compensation.
  19. Dogs and other small animals can be accommodated for a fee, provided they are not left alone in the room during the stay, are not a nuisance and do not disturb other guests. Guests must notify the hotel of the fact that a dog or other small pet will be staying at the hotel when booking their stay. If the pet is not reported - the hotel is not obliged to accommodate the guest with the pet. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant even when accompanied by their owners. Pets are only allowed in the café when accompanied by their owners. For more detailed information on staying with pets, please refer to the separate document "Accommodation with Pets".
  20. The guest uses the room for the period agreed with the hotel. If the accommodation period has not been agreed in advance, the guest shall check out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day and vacate the room. The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee of CZK 500 per hour for exceeding the agreed time beyond the accommodation period.
  21. Children are not allowed to be left unattended in the room or other areas of the hotel. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
  22. For accommodation and services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list plus a fee from the stay (based on the decree of the Pozlovice municipality) in the amount of 40,-CZK per person per night. Persons who are blind or severely disabled and hold a ZTP/P card are not subject to the fee for a spa or recreational stay.
  23. Use of all leisure activities and indoor and outdoor sports facilities is at your own risk.
  24. Guest complaints about the quality of service will be taken up and problems will be corrected by the hotel manager.
  25. Early cancellation without refund by the hotel is possible due to:

       - smoking and handling open flames in the room and on the hotel premises

       - deliberate destruction of hotel equipment and inventory

       - taking food and groceries from the buffet from the canteen

       - cooking food in the rooms

       - disturbance of the night

       - the stay may be shortened without refund for guests who are clear beyond doubt or indicate that they will not pay or will not pay the deposit

       - verbal and physical harassment and assault of other guests or staff

- (This is really a last resort that protects the hotel owners and staff from vulgar, rude, boorish, drunken, drugged guests who lack the sense of decorum and whose behavior may prevent us from working and caring for other guests.)  

  1. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these regulations. In the event of a gross violation, the management of the accommodation facility has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period.

These accommodation rules come into effect from 1 January 2024 and apply to all guests and other visitors of the hotel.
