The price includes:
- Staying in the cottages in close proximity to the hotel
- Hotel textiles - bed linen, towels, bath towels and bath mats
- Access to the wellness centre - indoor pool and whirlpool
- Access to the sauna zone - Finnish sauna, steam sauna, infrared sauna, relaxation room, experience shower, etc.
- Access to the outdoor pool - only in summer months (July+August) and in good weather, i.e. all day temperature above 25 °C
- Use of hotel fitness
- WiFi internet
- Free parking in your own parking space directly at the cottage - 1 cottage = 1 space
Important Notice:
- The apartment cottage is designed for a maximum of 5 people (including extra bed) - exceeding this capacity is not possible! In the event that more people are found to be accommodated than stated in the booking (including children), the stay will be terminated without refund.
- Wellness treatments can be booked but will be provided on a space available basis.
- The reception and refreshments with a terrace in the dependance area are available in the summer months (July+August). Outside these months, accommodation and information service will be provided directly at the hotel reception.
- The cottage is always ready for the ordered number of people. Ordered number of persons = charged fees (stay fee, meals).
- V sezóně 2026 je bufet u apartmánových chat otevřen výhradně na večery s programem letního kina. Využít můžete naši hotelovou restauraci a za příznivého letního počasí se můžete osvěžit či občerstvit také ve stánku u venkovního bazénu.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the hotel's restaurant and café. It is strictly forbidden to take any food out of these areas.
- Additional charge for gluten-free meals - must be reported in advance 100,-CZK/day
- Extra charge for lactose-free meals - must be reported in advance - 150,-CZK/day (the charge is only paid in case of requests for milk, butter and other lactose-free products - in case the guest chooses suitable products from our offer or brings his/her own - the charge is not paid)
Surcharges:
- Fee of 40 CZK /person/night, charged on the basis of the township ordinance,
- is not included in the room rate, valid for persons over 18 years of age. The fee is payable locally.
- Extra charge for extra bed 750 CZK/night.
- Extra charge for baby cot (travel cot) 200 CZK/night.
- Fee for small dogs (up to 40 cm in the withers and 10 kg) - must be reported in advance and the size of the dog must be respected - otherwise the guest may not be accommodated, without refund - 500,-CZK/day. - Reserved cottages for staying with animals, specific professional cleaning - according to the rules for accommodation with dogs. ACCOMMODATION WITH LARGER DOGS ABOVE THE ABOVE PARAMETERS IS NOT POSSIBLE!
- Cleaning of the cottage on the day of departure (restoring the kitchen to its original state) - 500 CZK
- Any damage to the cottage must be paid for by the guests.
Cancellation fees:
- if cancelled 21 to 13 days before the start of the stay 30 % of the price
- for cancellation 12 to 6 days before the start of the stay 50 % of the price
- cancellation 5 to 2 days before the start of the stay 80 % of the price
- cancellation the day before arrival or on the day of the start of the stay 100 % of the price

- Wellness treatments can be booked but will be provided on a space available basis.
- Ubytování (check-in/check-out) probíhá na recepci v budově hotelu.

- Rezervační oddělení apartmánových chat je k dispozici od pondělí do pátku od 8:00 do 16:00. Na emaily a poptávky realizované během víkendu bude reagováno nejbližší pracovní den.
