- Během celého roku nelze pobyty začínat ani končit sobotou.

Surcharges
- Fee of 40 CZK /person/night, charged on the basis of the township ordinance,
- is not included in the room rate, valid for persons over 18 years of age. The fee is payable locally.
- Extra charge for single room 750,-CZK/night.
- Extra charge for extra bed 750,-CZK/night.
- Extra charge for baby cot 200,-CZK/night.
- Poplatek za malého psa (do 40 cm v kohoutku a 10 kg) – 500,-Kč/den
- nutné nahlásit předem a dodržet velikost psa – v opačném případě nemusí být host ubytován, bez náhrady
- vyhrazené pokoje pro pobyt se zvířaty, specifický odborný úklid – řídí se řádem pro ubytování se psy

Cancellation fees:
If cancelled 21 to 13 days before the start of the stay 30 % of the price
For cancellation 12 to 6 days before the start of the stay 50 % of the price
Cancellation 5 to 2 days before the start of the stay 80 % of the price
Cancellation the day before arrival or on the day of arrival 100 % of the price
