“Exclusive” Package: 3 Days/2 Nights – 2026

The hotel reserves the right to determine the length of stay or type of package in seasonal cases (holidays, Easter, Christmas, weekends)

• Easter (April 2 – April 6, 2026) – only the special Easter stay package is available for purchase.
• For the dates of April 30 – May 3, 2026, stays of at least 3 nights are available for purchase.
• Dates: May 7 – May 10, 2026 – Stays of at least 3 nights available for booking.
• Dec 27, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027 – Special pre-New Year's and New Year's Eve stays on sale
• Stays cannot start or end on a Saturday throughout the year - minimum stay 2 nights
• This list may be updated throughout the year!

Important Notice:

• WELLNESS TREATMENTS WITHIN WELLNESS STAYS ARE TIMED AUTOMATICALLY ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABLE CAPACITY OF THE WELLNESS CENTRE AND DO NOT NEED TO BE BOOKED.
• TREATMENTS CAN BE TIMED AS EARLY AS 16:00. ON THE ARRIVAL DAY. IN CASE OF LATER ARRIVAL, IT IS NECESSARY TO MENTION THIS FACT WHEN BOOKING THE STAY. IF THIS IS NOT DONE AND THE PROCEDURE IS NOT USED, THE GUEST IS NOT ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT DATE FOR THE PROCEDURE!
• IN THE CASE OF REQUESTS FOR TIMING OF PROCEDURES, IT IS NECESSARY TO CONTACT THE HOTEL RECEPTION AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE THE START OF THE STAY - AFTER THAT, ADJUSTMENTS ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR CAPACITY REASONS. IN THE CASE OF REQUESTS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY THE EXACT TIMES OF PROCEDURES - IT IS POSSIBLE TO REQUEST MORNING AND AFTERNOON TIMES.
• IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW FOR A WELLNESS TREATMENT, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A NEW TREATMENT DATE.
• IN CASE OF PURCHASE OF A STAY PACKAGE FOR 3 PERSONS IN ONE ROOM,
  WILL HAVE 3. PERSON INSTEAD OF THE PROCEDURE "BUBBLE BATH WITH ADDITIVES"
  THE PROCEDURE "HYDROMASSAGE OF THE LOWER LIMBS WITH ADDITIVES"
• The pearl bath is a relaxing treatment; however, due to the difficulty of getting out of the tub, it may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. In such cases, we recommend consulting the wellness center staff, who will gladly advise you on a more suitable alternative—such as a lower-limb hydromassage or a body wrap—that can be substituted for the pearl bath.

Surcharges

• Fee of 40 CZK /person/night, charged on the basis of the township ordinance,
• is not included in the room rate, valid for persons over 18 years of age. The fee is payable locally.
• Extra charge for single room 750,-CZK/night.
• Surcharge for an Executive double room: 750 CZK/night.
• Apartment surcharge: 1,000 CZK/night.
• Extra charge for extra bed 750,-CZK/night.
• Extra charge for baby cot 200,-CZK/night.
• Fee for a small dog (up to 40 cm at the withers and 10 kg) – 500 CZK/day 
  • Must be reported in advance and the dog size restriction adhered to – otherwise, the guest may be refused accommodation without a refund.
  • designated pet-friendly rooms, specialized professional cleaning – subject to the regulations for accommodation with dogs 
  • Accommodation with larger dogs exceeding the above-mentioned parameters is not possible!
• Extra charge for gluten-free meals - must be reported in advance - 100,-CZK/day
• Extra charge for lactose-free meals - must be reported in advance - 150,-CZK/day (the charge is only paid in case of requests for milk, butter and other lactose-free products - in case the guest chooses suitable products from our offer or brings his/her own - the charge is not paid)

Cancellation fees:

- if cancelled 21 to 13 days before the start of the stay 30 % of the price

- cancellation 12 to 6 days before the start of the stay 50 % of the price

- cancellation 5 to 2 days before the start of the stay 80 % of the price

• in the event of cancellation the day before arrival or on the day the stay begins: 100% of the price
