Surcharges
Fee of 40 CZK /person/night, charged on the basis of the township ordinance,
is not included in the room rate, valid for persons over 18 years of age. The fee is payable locally.

Extra charge for baby cot 200,-CZK/night.
Fee for small dogs (up to 40 cm in the withers and 10 kg) - must be reported in advance and the size of the dog must be respected - otherwise the guest may not be accommodated, without refund - 500,-CZK/day. - Reserved rooms for staying with animals, specific professional cleaning - according to the rules for accommodation with dogs. ACCOMMODATION WITH LARGER DOGS ABOVE THE ABOVE PARAMETERS IS NOT POSSIBLE!
Extra charge for gluten-free meals - must be reported in advance - 100,-CZK/day
Extra charge for lactose-free meals - must be reported in advance - 150,-CZK/day (the charge is only paid in case of requests for milk, butter and other lactose-free products - in case the guest chooses suitable products from our offer or brings his/her own - the charge is not paid)
Cancellation fees:
- if cancelled 21 to 13 days before the start of the stay 30 % of the price
- for cancellation 12 to 6 days before the start of the stay 50 % of the price
- cancellation 5 to 2 days before the start of the stay 80 % of the price
- cancellation the day before arrival or on the day of the start of the stay 100 % of the price
